Creamy Mushroom
and Sage Fettuccine

Indulge in the earthy richness of sautéed mushrooms and aromatic sage, perfectly complemented by a luscious creamy sauce, all tossed with tender fettuccine pasta for a decadent, comforting dish.

Ingredients

  • 8 Oz. fettuccine pasta

  • 1 Tbsp. Atlas Olive Oil

  • 1 shallot, chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

  • 4 Oz. Adam's Mushrooms, rehydrated

  • 1/2 C. heavy cream

  • 1 Tbsp. fresh sage, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.

  2. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, and cook shallots and garlic until transparent. Stir in mushrooms, and cook until tender. Mix in heavy cream and sage. Cook and stir until thickened.

  3. Toss sauce with cooked fettuccine, and season with salt and pepper to serve.
