Ingredients

  • 1 tube of San Gennaro Polenta

  • 1/2 C. marinara sauce

  • 1/2 C. mozzarella cheese

  • Toppings of your choice

Directions

  1. Slice polenta into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices. Add a little oil to the frying pan and place the polenta rounds in a single layer. Cook them over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes, or until they become slightly crispy and golden brown.

  2. Once the polenta rounds are ready, flip them over and top each one with marinara sauce, spreading it evenly to the edges. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over and then add your favorite toppings. You can use pepperoni, olives, or any other toppings you like.

  3. Continue cooking for about 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the toppings are heated through. If needed, cover the pan to help melt the cheese.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your unique polenta pizza!
